Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall customer satisfaction and profitability for many of ComPsych’s largest clients, including managed care accounts.

• Maintain and expand your portfolio by achieving customer satisfaction ratings and identifying opportunities for upselling.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of your clients' business, human capital, and benefits challenges.

• Effectively position ComPsych's value proposition with advantageous solutions tailored to your clients' needs.

• Offer project management, develop communication strategies, and conduct training for both internal staff and customer personnel for newly implemented accounts.

• Forge strong relationships with your wholesale business partners and collaborate on opportunities for product enhancements, marketing strategies, and upsell initiatives.

• Investigate, monitor, and resolve customer and client issues.

• Prepare utilization reports, related analyses, and trend reports to assess and proactively suggest improvements.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and your colleagues.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience in providing strategic account management for large, complex accounts.

• Background in account management within insurance, benefits, healthcare, or human resources-related services.

• Demonstrated success in selling additional service lines to existing clients.

• Required skills include project management, critical thinking, and a keen attention to detail.

• A stable employment history is essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with current and potential clients (approximately 25% travel required).
