Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• You will be assigned to local, regional, and international projects involving ERP.

• Conduct market analysis to identify prospects and define outreach strategies.

• Prepare strategic meetings with C-Level stakeholders and business leaders to understand their most pressing challenges and propose ERP solutions that optimize operations, enhance decision-making, or create new revenue streams.

• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare commercial proposals, conduct demonstrations, and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure their ongoing success and business expansion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (F&O, Business Central, Customer Engagement or Power Platform).

• Sales of services/implementations (not just licensing): Concrete experience in selling end-to-end projects.

• Hunter profile (new business): Ability to generate your own opportunities.

• Opening accounts from scratch.

• Development of your own pipeline.

• Management of the complete sales cycle: From prospecting → diagnosis → proposal → negotiation → closing → follow-up.

• Consultative selling: Ability to listen, understand client needs, and ask the right questions.

• Propose customized ERP solutions that deliver value.

• Good understanding of business processes (finance, operations, CRM, etc.).

• Interaction with stakeholders and C-level executives.

• Experience in IT consulting firms or partners (preferably Microsoft).

• Collaborative work with functional and technical teams.

• Management of accounts and long-term relationships.

• Negotiation of contracts, handling objections, and conflict resolution.

• Pre-intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
