Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of digital and cross-channel projects, managing timelines, tasks, and workflows among internal teams (Analytics, CRO, SEO, etc.)

• Ensure that project requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are well-defined and fulfilled

• Uphold high quality standards while proactively addressing risks or issues

• Foster collaboration among global HQ, regional, and local market stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

• Tailor project workflows and deliverables to accommodate local market conditions

• Assist in multi-market rollouts by translating global initiatives into successful local implementations

• Organize and lead both internal and external meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and reporting

• Deliver structured documentation, handovers, and updates to all relevant stakeholders

• Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and wrap-up presentations

• Maintain efficient processes and operational clarity across various workstreams

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in client service or project/account management, preferably within a digital or integrated marketing agency

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; adept at managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment

• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior clients

• Experience in multi-market or matrixed environments

• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with keen attention to detail

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Familiarity with CRM, E-commerce, Loyalty, SEO, or other digital marketing sectors is advantageous
