• Take full ownership of client relationships by serving as the primary advisor for a portfolio of prestigious accounts; comprehend their threat landscape, business goals, and risk appetite.
• Establish trust at the executive level; you are expected to engage comfortably with C-suite stakeholders, legal teams, and security leaders.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews that extend beyond mere status updates: provide strategic insights, benchmarking, and forward-thinking recommendations.
• Drive retention and growth by owning NRR and GRR targets for your portfolio; you understand the metrics and take responsibility for the outcomes.
• Identify and seize expansion opportunities by addressing client challenges with customized solutions across 360 Privacy's service offerings.
• Proactively identify risks before they lead to churn; develop and implement mitigation strategies without waiting for direction.
• Tackle challenges authoritatively by navigating complex, high-pressure client situations with poise; our clients face genuine threats and expect expert guidance during critical times.
• Serve as a resourceful problem-solver who collaborates with internal teams across Sales, Product, and Support to resolve issues promptly and decisively.
• Lead client education and adoption initiatives; ensure clients are maximizing the value of the platform and understand how to utilize our capabilities effectively.
• Contribute to the team’s playbook by sharing field insights with internal teams to refine onboarding, training materials, and client-facing resources.
• Participate in developing scalable account management practices as the team and client base expand.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise or high-touch account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding NRR and expansion goals.
• Direct experience managing senior stakeholders and successfully building relationships at the C-suite or equivalent level.
• Strong consultative skills: you diagnose issues, propose solutions, and guide clients toward improved outcomes rather than merely conveying information.
• Analytical rigor: you monitor health metrics, interpret signals, and provide data-driven recommendations independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you adapt your tone for a board member, a head of security, or legal counsel seamlessly.
• Comfortable operating in environments without a predefined playbook: you have joined teams early and contributed to defining operational processes.
• A tendency towards transparent, proactive communication; you highlight risks early, take ownership of mistakes, and always come with a proposed solution when presenting a problem.
• Strongly preferred background or in-depth knowledge in cybersecurity, executive protection, privacy, intelligence, or a related field; you can engage in substantial discussions about the threat landscape beyond just the product.
• Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, elite athletes, or executive teams from Fortune 500 companies.
