Senior Account Manager, AMER

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive commercial strategy for a collection of mid-market and enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and reducing churn.

• Propel growth by enabling customers to leverage Customer.io more effectively, discovering new use cases, and clearly communicating ROI.

• Accurately forecast renewal and expansion pipelines using a clear, repeatable methodology.

• Cultivate multi-layered relationships from everyday operators to Directors and VPs, establishing yourself as a trusted commercial advisor.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success on account health and team up with Sales on expansion opportunities.

• Engage with Legal and Finance regarding complex renewals and work cross-functionally to advance deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Senior Account Management, Sales, or similar SaaS commercial role with direct revenue responsibility.

• Proven track record managing $5 million ARR, primarily within the mid-market sector.

• Demonstrated ability to increase customer spending beyond overages or true-ups through effective adoption and value communication.

• Capability to clearly articulate a forecasting methodology and its foundational logic.

• Proficient in extracting usage data, monitoring health scores, and creating dashboards.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be located in the AMER region.

• Candidates must reside in the UK or Ireland.

• Successful completion of a background check and employment verifications is required as part of the pre-employment process.
