This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strategic relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities for growth within current accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Managing the complete sales cycle, from assessing needs to closing deals.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to create customized solutions for customers.
• Ensuring clear, efficient, and customer-focused communication throughout the entire customer journey.
• Proactively identifying potential risks and addressing challenges within customer relationships.
• Utilizing and maintaining CRM systems to oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and customer activities.
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and overall customer experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, or a similar position.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Demonstrates high levels of ownership, independence, and a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging professionally through written, verbal, and digital channels.
• Confident and professional demeanor with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for effective pipeline and customer management.
