Senior Account Manager – Agriculture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Your role involves spearheading the transformation of food supply chains towards sustainability by leading impactful initiatives, engaging and empowering farmers to adopt regenerative practices, establishing trusted partnerships, and ensuring effective, results-driven execution from strategy to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Poland.

• You possess several years of professional experience along with skills in project management and regenerative agriculture. Ideally, you have familiarity with dairy and arable farming and understand their challenges.

• You have a background in farming, having either grown up on a farm or completed an agricultural apprenticeship or degree. Agriculture is a passion of yours, and you comprehend the industry's challenges.

• You have a strong desire to learn about solutions and strategies to tackle agricultural challenges sustainably and to implement these in collaboration with farms.

• You thrive in a team environment, are open to seeking assistance, and willingly share your abilities with the group.

• You excel in direct personal, phone, and written communication with farmers, approaching them as equals to explore common ground and solutions.

• You are driven by the opportunity to explore new areas and contribute to the establishment of a new market.

• You are capable of making decisions that benefit the projects and enjoy discovering practical solutions that can be swiftly implemented.

• You are fluent in both Polish and English, and ideally possess a valid driving license.
