Senior Account Manager – 3PL, Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering long-term relationships.

• Oversee daily client communication concerning fulfillment operations, initiatives, and special projects.

• Assess client needs and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries, concerns, and operational challenges.

• Guide client projects from gathering requirements to implementation and completion.

• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Fulfillment, and other internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Track project milestones, detect risks, and provide status updates.

• Guarantee the execution of ongoing fulfillment activities and special operational initiatives.

• Create operational reports and track fulfillment and client-operation KPIs.

• Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings.

• Convert operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to analyze operational data, define requirements, and enhance reporting efficiency.

• Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.

• Identify improvements in workflow, efficiency, and fulfillment processes.

• Propose value-added services and operational enhancements.

• Discover opportunities to strengthen client relationships and enhance long-term client value.

• Provide strategic recommendations to support customer retention and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Client Services, or a related client-facing role.

• Preferably experienced in managing client relationships within a 3PL, fulfillment, logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain setting.

• Proven track record of leading client-facing projects, fulfillment initiatives, or operational implementations.

• Experience in presenting operational performance metrics and conducting business review meetings.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret operational KPIs, fulfillment metrics, and business performance data.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude for data analysis, business requirement definition, insight generation, and reporting workflow enhancement.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• A solid understanding of eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes is highly preferred.

• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, aligned with the client’s time zone.
