Senior Account Installation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Verify the completeness and compliance of implementation documents for new, renewing, and canceled clients.

• Collaborate with matrix partners during the review of documentation.

• Initiate installations in the VISTA system.

• Update the VISTA wizard according to the complexity of accounts.

• Revise source documents as necessary.

• Engage in team meetings, forums, training sessions, and courses at Cigna University.

• Provide assistance for projects and additional assignments.

• Achieve or surpass departmental metrics and performance standards.

• Assist with onboarding and renewal documentation for new business and renewals within the designated segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is advantageous.

• Preferably possess strong knowledge of Cigna's processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking.

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client service is required.

• Preferably have 2+ years of experience in project management or account management.

• Required ability to collaborate with others, cultivate strong relationships, negotiate, guide, and fulfill commitments.

• Required problem-solving skills and the capacity to utilize data to achieve goals.

• Excellent technical abilities, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems, are required.

• Experience with VISTA, ePRO, CIT, and benefit summary systems is preferred.

• Required capability to swiftly manage various priorities and deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and seek solutions.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and functions.

• If working from home, an internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
