Building Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Examine plan documents to accurately establish and maintain group configurations within the Qiclink System.

• Precisely code self-funded and fully insured groups based on the plan documentation provided.

• Revise coding to reflect all plan modifications.

• Establish and oversee HRA processing plans.

• Manage relevant programs to ensure proper sharing of prescription accumulators.

• Conduct audits on completed tasks for precision.

• Develop and sustain group documentation for claims that necessitate manual intervention.

• Utilize Excel spreadsheets and Access databases to perform tasks effectively.

• Aid in automation by coding benefits that do not require intervention.

• Add accumulators manually for new groups when needed.

• Collaborate with plan documentation and account management personnel on detailed benefit-level coding.

• Investigate and resolve issues identified through claims, plan testing, and customer service referrals.

• Test and document every system upgrade.

• Participate in mandatory continuing education, including HIPAA training.

• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries related to benefits.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• At least 3 years of extensive experience in building and coding medical, dental, and vision plans.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience utilizing the Qiclink system.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with computer systems and CPT and ICD-9 coding terminology.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.

• Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Access.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Internet service from a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum of 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload speeds.

• Knowledge of and compliance with relevant privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.
