This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Assist in scheduling activities for various programs within the Airborne & Sustainment portfolio.
• Track and report performance against established plans to ensure compliance with contractual, cost, and scheduling goals.
• Offer guidance and analysis in areas such as project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Provide advisory and consultative support to the Program Management Team concerning the development and implementation of the program plan.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules.
• Integrate significant projects across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other operational groups.
• Monitor plans and schedules, request regular updates, and identify and resolve conflicts related to critical paths and network logic.
• Utilize milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to assess progress and pinpoint performance discrepancies.
• Align cost and schedule with the program cost analyst, addressing inconsistencies and underlying issues.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives, goals, training materials, and enhancements in processes or tools.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethics, and standards of business conduct.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Concepts.
• Aerospace & Defense experience is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Understanding of earned value management practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of scheduling fundamentals and the usage of system tools, such as SAP and Microsoft products.
• Experience with integrated schedules and logic networks using Microsoft Project, or the ability to learn the tool.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Understanding and adherence to DI-MGMT-81861A, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
