📋 Description

• Pipeline Development: Initiate discussions and establish connections with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person events.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging utilized in outbound communications. Collaborate with internal teams to formulate strategies aimed at boosting pipeline growth within the West Coast U.S. territory. Take the lead on both outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads.

• Research & Personalization: Conduct thorough research on accounts to pinpoint key decision-makers and advocates. Develop tailored messaging that resonates with the intended audience and qualifies their interest.

• Sales Execution: Showcase a comprehensive understanding of Hadrian's solutions and their value proposition. Engage with C-level executives, offering industry insights and effectively positioning our solutions.

• Account Management: Build and sustain relationships with essential business units and stakeholders. Employ a consultative approach, attentively listening to customer needs and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Achieve Targets: Consistently reach or surpass quarterly sales quotas while adhering to Hadrian's values and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3-5 years of overall sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in direct sales, focusing on SaaS solutions in the North American market.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions within North America, preferably with an emphasis on the East/West Coast U.S. region.

• Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Be proficient in cold outreach and generating substantial pipeline.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with minimal account churn.

• Exhibit flexibility in adapting to real-time feedback during discussions.

• Maintain strong prior relationships with sales enablement and operations teams.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is required.
