This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engaging with Developers, Engineering teams, and Technical Executives to drive sales.
• Primarily focusing on upper mid-market accounts with transactions ranging from 5 to low 6-figures.
• Analyzing the business motivations behind each opportunity, delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our target market and the unique value we offer to both technical and business audiences.
• Scheduling and overseeing the sales process based on warm leads generated from marketing efforts and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Generating additional leads through targeted outbound prospecting initiatives.
• Assisting prospects in selecting the right product and configurations to meet their needs.
• Negotiating and finalizing orders in accordance with established guidelines.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly goals for qualified leads and revenue generation.
• Documenting and managing business activities within our CRM system while providing accurate forecasts to the team.
• Interacting with both technical and non-technical personnel from prospective customers at various levels to build a compelling value proposition for FusionAuth.
• Acting as FusionAuth’s initial on-ground representative in the EU/UK, gathering market intelligence, regional insights, and feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within target accounts, navigating complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in technical sales.
• Experience selling to developers is essential.
• Technical product experience, ideally focused on developers.
• A passion for learning and solving problems.
• Proven track record as a sales representative, with measurable success in meeting quotas.
• Required experience in B2B SaaS or technical software sales; prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
• Ability to connect with and communicate effectively with technical customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy level, motivation, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
• Competitive mindset focused on achieving objectives; experience working as a solo regional representative or in a pioneering market role is strongly preferred.
