This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead the acquisition of new business and oversee comprehensive sales processes to exceed monthly targets.
• Cultivate both inbound and outbound leads to create new business opportunities.
• Craft customized strategies and solutions to assist Small Business clients in reaching their goals.
• Offer expert guidance on maximizing the benefits of HubSpot's platform for business expansion.
• Present engaging product demonstrations tailored to decision-makers in small businesses.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales strategy in line with new offerings.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your expertise and skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a quota-carrying role.
• Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle, preferably with a sophisticated software solution.
• Strong ability in prospecting, nurturing, and developing new business within outbound sales environments.
• Resilient, goal-driven, and dedicated to surpassing targets.
• Focused on achieving your objectives with the belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will contribute to your success.
• Outstanding consultative sales skills and proficiency in closing deals.
• Experience in accurate forecasting and managing a pipeline while handling a high volume of leads.
