This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities in partnership with Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to create a qualified sales pipeline.
• Leverage insights obtained during the needs analysis phase to provide a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform.
• Effectively address customer objections by eliminating barriers and presenting solutions to various client challenges.
• Naturally lead the sales process towards closure by effectively articulating Workiva's value proposition.
• Regularly and promptly update customer relationship management tools to document customer interactions.
• Provide consistent and precise forward-looking insights through pipeline analysis to forecast sales accurately.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy with deliberate action to secure sales.
• Mobilize internal support to pursue accounts and optimize available resources.
• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely follow-through.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through continuous training and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Share insights, successes, lessons learned, and best practices with colleagues across teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in a relevant role, specifically in enterprise technology or complex solution sales to large customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant career experience.
• Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
• Ability to demonstrate complex software applications effectively.
• Proven track record of navigating and achieving sales success within large enterprise organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend complex business challenges.
• Executive presence and capability to communicate at the senior level.
• Skilled in identifying and understanding the influence of stakeholders versus buyers, and adept at navigating the subtleties of each during the sales cycle.
• Proficient in managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
• Competency in negotiating pricing while focusing on value retention.
• Proven capability to meet (and exceed) sales quota targets.
• Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Polish is preferred.
