This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• This role focuses exclusively on new business development, holding significant strategic importance for Implicio’s growth within SAP-centered process industries.
• You will be tasked with acquiring new customer logos in sectors such as agriculture, mining, chemicals, and cement & building materials, collaborating closely with SAP account teams and Industry Business Units.
• You will work in an environment where trust, substance, and market expertise dictate success, rather than volume or noise.
• Your target will be to secure 10–14 new customer logos annually through FY27.
• You will hold full quota responsibility for new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from process-industry clients.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities from the SAP ADRM pipeline as well as leveraging your own network will be essential.
• You will need to build and sustain strong co-sell relationships with SAP SCM sales representatives and IBU contacts.
• Managing complex sales cycles of 3–9 months involving multiple decision-makers at IT, operations, and C-level will be required.
• Collaborating closely with Solution Architects on technical deep dives and proof-of-value definitions will be part of your role.
• Accurate pipeline management in CRM and structured forecasting will need to be maintained.
• You will provide ongoing market and competitive insights to the Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B software sales experience is required, with at least 3 years in an SAP environment or in structured co-selling with SAP.
• A proven track record as a hunter: consistently building and closing new customer relationships instead of primarily focusing on existing accounts.
• A profound understanding of SAP channel and co-sell mechanisms, including partner deals, RISE/GROW pipeline, and the SAP partner ecosystem.
• Experience in managing decision-making processes that involve multiple stakeholders.
• A confident presence at the C-level — reliable, precise, and capable of engaging peers on an equal footing.
• A high degree of self-sufficiency in a dynamic early-stage go-to-market environment.
• Proficiency in business-fluent German and English is essential.
