
Senior Account Executive – Mid-West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and onboard new regional channel partners, including electrical distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), and certified EV installers throughout the Mid-West region.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with current channel partners.
• Implement enablement programs, conduct product training, and develop joint marketing initiatives to ensure partner sales teams are well-prepared to market Wallbox solutions.
• Collaborate with partners on business planning and co-selling strategies.
• Oversee the entire partner sales cycle—from initial prospecting and contract negotiation to account planning and onboarding.
• Regularly assess regional EV infrastructure trends, local utility rebate programs, and state/local regulations within the Mid-West.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated B2B channel sales or partner management experience, ideally in electrical distribution, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or hardware sales.
• Established track record of consistently surpassing sales targets, particularly through partner recruitment, enablement, and joint pipeline development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities to engage both distributor headquarters and local branches.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a large, diverse geographic area.
• Comprehensive understanding of the electrical distribution channel ecosystem or EV charging industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with local utility incentive programs in the Mid-West is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and channel management tools.
