This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Cultivate and sustain business relationships with dealerships associated with the Indirect Lending sector, which includes automotive, marine, and recreational vehicle dealerships.
• Promote products to both consumer and commercial clients, as well as to current customers.
• Establish connections with new clientele.
• Collaborate with the Underwriting team to share responsibility for credit quality.
• Enhance customer relationships by offering U.S. Bank products.
• Dedicate substantial time to face-to-face interactions with clients or potential clients.
• Oversee clients that are often regionally based but may have multi-regional or national operations.
• Engage in local and regional travel, with some national travel as required.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of seven years of sales experience within the financial services sector.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Exceptional marketing, sales, and relationship management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to loan/lease documentation and credit analysis.
• Proven skills in customer service and relations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct as well as related workplace conduct and safety guidelines.
• Certain roles may require compliance with FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, the NFA, the FCPA, the Bank Secrecy Act, the SAFE Act, and/or relevant federal regulations.
