This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Assist in generating weekly sales reports by integrating EPOS data, retail insights, category trends, and store-level performance to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Oversee, manage, and enhance net sales performance through effective stock-on-hand, allocation, and assortment management in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the commercial team regarding stock, allocation, and operational inquiries from retailers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments to ensure prompt resolution of operational issues.
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis, converting data into actionable recommendations for the NAM team and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Assist in the successful launch of new products, ensuring timely completion of operational forms and submissions, and support stock sell-in to meet established targets.
• Keep track of NPD launch performance, manage sell-through tracking, present outcomes, and suggest enhancements for future product launches.
• Aid in NPD forecasting and commercial planning efforts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure retailers receive necessary support and relevant marketing and social media assets.
• Support marketing initiatives and events in partnership with retailers.
• Work alongside the VM team to update assortment line lists and planograms.
• Monitor weekly promotions across the retail landscape and share insights with internal trade teams.
• Stay updated on beauty market developments, competitor launches, trends, and new brands emerging in the market.
• Manage purchase orders, samples, and related account administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Coordinator role or a similar position as a National Account Executive.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Confident in communicating with both internal teams and external retail partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail, e-commerce, and marketing sectors.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially curious with a sincere interest in understanding the factors that drive sales and performance.
• Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate across various functions.
• Skilled at adapting to changing priorities and challenges within a dynamic retail context.
• Capable of working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Highly proficient in Excel, particularly in utilizing pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
• A positive, collaborative team player who is ready to take initiative and accomplish tasks.
