• Actively foster relationships with clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their business needs, assessing industry positioning, and crafting sales strategies tailored for each phase of the sales cycle.
• Direct sales initiatives, coordinate strategic efforts, and utilize essential internal resources to deliver competitive and attractive solutions along with sales plans.
• Create and supervise the implementation of account plans using a standardized sales methodology across various accounts.
• Strategically design and plan approaches for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage multiple accounts and spearhead planning efforts to achieve sales objectives.
• Formulate strategies to enhance and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring both short-term and long-term sales targets are met.
• Broaden the network of key internal and external partners to boost sales and enhance impact.
• Establish oneself as a thought leader and trusted advisor for executive-level decision-makers.
• Create value-proposition presentations and tailored business plans for customers.
• At least 5 years of consultative sales experience, with a preference for 2-3 years in the SaaS or fleet industry.
• A minimum of 4 years of account management experience or equivalent background.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle for enterprise-level deals, focusing on ROI, engaging with senior-level decision-makers, facilitating organizational change, and leading partner/leadership selling.
• Results-driven sales professional with executive-level communication skills; highly collaborative across functions and possesses the motivation and commitment to consistently exceed quotas.
• Proficient in resolving complex issues through analytical skills, creativity, and sound business judgment.
• Exceptionally organized and committed, capable of monitoring the pipeline, managing multiple accounts, and effectively handling competing, time-sensitive priorities.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% is necessary.
