• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, managing daily relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels, retention, and service quality while also identifying new opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders across various levels, including regular communication with senior leadership.
• Address client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues and escalating quality concerns when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify, present, and assist in the implementation of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions that promote revenue growth and client retention.
• Oversee client implementations and ongoing program modifications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, regulatory standards, and business guidelines.
• Track service performance, key business metrics, and revenue objectives; provide clear performance updates and insights to internal leadership.
• Prepare and conduct client Business Reviews, including the coordination of materials, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder involvement.
• Evaluate program performance and financial outcomes to identify risks, address challenges, and propose solutions or alternative strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and business arrangement data from sales through implementation and subsequent changes.
• Manage contracting and re-contracting processes, collaborating across various internal teams such as Legal, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Sales.
• Collaborate with Legal to assist in the development of contracts and addendums, ensuring all required approvals are secured.
• Implement program improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs while upholding service excellence.
• At least 3 years of experience in agency sales, marketing, and/or account development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Private Flood insurance or NFIP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in building long-term client relationships and delivering solutions based on business needs.
• Proficiency in MS Tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
