This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with Snowflake's internal resources, external partners, and client account teams to qualify opportunities, identify business value, and offer technical guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction through proper expectation management.

• Utilize domain or industry knowledge to align Snowflake’s value proposition with the business and technical challenges faced by customers.

• Stay engaged with the rapidly changing technology landscape while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, positioning Snowflake effectively in this context.

• Conduct discovery meetings to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements throughout the sales process, supporting the implementation team and generating detailed solution proposals.

• Collaborate directly with prospects and customers to deliver standard, customized, and/or strategic solution demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, presentations, and best practices that highlight the functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of Snowflake solutions during the sales process, from demonstration to proof of concept to design and implementation.

• Guide customers through digital transformation and cloud adoption, recognizing how Snowflake fits into an overall architecture and strategy.

• Offer ongoing, post-sales technical support to the customer's technical team to enhance utilization of Snowflake and ensure success in digital transformation efforts.

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continually enhance Snowflake’s products and marketing initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in an enterprise sales position within a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS organization.

• Previous experience working with HCLS customers is strongly preferred.

• Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to thrive in an independent, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

• A bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel regionally as necessary.
