This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Embrace a results-oriented mindset to achieve the company's regional objectives.

• Sell and implement additional display space within the designated territory.

• Enhance shelf space and merchandise products and displays to promote sales growth.

• Increase consumer awareness of the brand through point-of-sale materials and effective in-store execution of promotional activities.

• Take every chance to educate consumers in-store about what sets our brand apart in its category.

• Ensure product quality by rotating stock and removing damaged items.

• Maintain organization and proper rotation of back stock.

• Skillfully utilize CRM applications to document daily activities and display implementations.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with key contacts in stores to secure additional display opportunities.

• Consistently service the assigned account base with intentional follow-up (approximately 8-12 stops per day).

• Plan and schedule weekly account visits based on specific business requirements.

• Comprehend customer needs and determine how to effectively partner as the primary point of contact to drive sales growth for both the store and Spindrift.

• Navigate negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Recognize the significance of establishing trust and credibility with accounts.

• Support and contribute to a culture aligned with the organization's values.

• Collaborate with teammates and co-workers on various strategic projects throughout the year.

• Adopt a 'carry the bag' mentality—willingness to do whatever it takes to enhance brand growth, including demos, display selling/building, and market blitzes beyond the home territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods sector.

• Sales experience in various channels, including Grocery, Mass, Natural, and Drug.

• Proven track record of sales success.

• Must be capable of lifting 20 lbs continuously throughout the day to assemble Spindrift displays of 100 cases or more.

• Must have a personal vehicle available for travel to and from accounts.

• Ability to travel overnight occasionally based on business requirements.

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up environment.

• Self-driven with a competitive edge.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Committed to doing whatever is necessary to complete tasks; willing to work long and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
