
Senior Account Executive – Mid-Atlantic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.
• Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, managing daily interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service quality, while also identifying new opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders at various levels within client organizations, including regular communication with senior leadership.
• Address client inquiries accurately and promptly, resolving issues and escalating quality concerns as necessary to guarantee timely solutions.
• Identify, propose, and assist in the execution of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions that foster revenue growth and client retention.
• Supervise client implementations and ongoing program modifications, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, regulatory standards, and business policies.
• Track service performance, key business metrics, and revenue objectives; provide transparent performance updates and insights to internal leadership.
• Prepare and facilitate client Business Reviews, including coordinating materials, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder involvement.
• Evaluate program performance and financial outcomes to identify risks, tackle issues, and suggest solutions or alternative strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and business arrangement data from sales through implementation and ongoing adjustments.
• Oversee contracting and re-contracting processes, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Sales.
• Collaborate with Legal to aid in the development of contracts and addendums, ensuring all required approvals are secured.
• Implement program enhancements that boost operational efficiency and reduce costs while upholding service excellence.
• At least 3 years of experience in agency sales, marketing, and/or account development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Private Flood insurance or NFIP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to establish long-term relationships with clients and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.
• Proficient in MS Tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
