This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes to identify and address inefficiencies.
• Attract new clients in the receivables and payments sector through extensive prospecting.
• Employ existing Commerce Bank sales presentation tools across various industries.
• Develop pricing models and make real-time margin and profitability decisions.
• Apply underwriting criteria and conduct risk assessments.
• Fulfill commitments detailed in the annual Territory Plan or achieve annual sales, profit, cross-selling, and referral objectives.
• Manage more intricate industry and technical sales scenarios.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales or client management experience is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in account management is necessary.
• Experience in contract negotiation and commercial or consumer credit is preferred.
• A network of contacts with a focus on Payments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software is preferred.
