This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Take charge of cultivating and sustaining relationships with current customers, emphasizing upselling through effective deal management.
β’ Conduct account planning for designated accounts, collaborating with pre-sales and other resources to guarantee strategic alignment.
β’ Propel strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions among Medium Enterprise clients.
β’ Coordinate efficiently with Workdayβs internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning or Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales role.
β’ More than 4 years of experience in negotiating deals with various C-Suite Executives to successfully close opportunities.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in fostering relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in formulating long-term account strategies with current customers.
β’ A strong passion and experience in selling AI technologies.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
