This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Create and execute plans for named Accounts or Territories aimed at maximizing growth opportunities across a diverse range of products while ensuring a high standard of customer success.
• Maintain complete ownership of Accounts while collaborating with various roles to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in Solution Engineering, Inside Sales, Channel, and Renewal teams to develop and implement successful sales strategies for assigned territory or named Accounts.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with internal Atlassian stakeholders, Solution Partners, and key customers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing significant customer relationships and closing strategic sales deals.
• Proficient in using a CRM to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese or higher.
• Business-level proficiency in English or higher.
• Experience in selling SaaS to Development/IT audiences.
• Familiarity with working alongside a channel sales organization.
