This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Establish and expand Forwood’s enterprise sales footprint across Italy and Southern Europe, contributing to the development of a regional go-to-market strategy for high-risk industries where fatality prevention technology can create significant operational benefits.
• Focus primarily on acquiring new business and driving revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing large-scale enterprise SaaS opportunities with prominent organizations in high-risk sectors.
• Customize sales approaches to meet local customer requirements, industry demands, partner prospects, and market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Forwood’s regional partners to foster relationships within major organizations and engage with senior decision-makers.
• Construct, oversee, and convert a high-value new business pipeline, ensuring that activities, deal progressions, and revenue targets are met within established timelines.
• Spearhead executive-level sales engagements, encompassing discovery, strategic account planning, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Position Forwood’s Critical Risk Management System as a life-saving SaaS solution for organizations aiming to avert serious incidents and fatalities.
• Partner with potential customers to grasp their priorities, operational risks, and strategic goals.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, executives, and industry influencers throughout the region.
• Proven experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to complex, high-value organizations, preferably within high-risk sectors such as mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, energy, or construction.
• A solid track record in new business development, including pipeline building, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing substantial enterprise deals.
• The ability to operate credibly at the executive level, possessing strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen and strategic insight, capable of understanding customer priorities, shaping value-driven solutions, and contributing to the regional go-to-market strategy.
• The confidence to work autonomously, act swiftly, devise a plan, and execute without extensive guidance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including navigating complex organizations, overcoming obstacles, and advancing opportunities through lengthy enterprise sales cycles.
• The capacity to swiftly comprehend Forwood’s products, methodology, and market positioning, and to articulate our value proposition clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with safety, risk management, or critical risk environments would be highly regarded.
• Proficient in Italian communication skills, complemented by good written and verbal English for effective collaboration with Forwood’s global team.
• Additional European languages would be an advantage.
• A robust understanding of market dynamics, including competitors, partners, sales channels, and pricing structures.
