Senior Account Executive – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication with team members concerning initial and ongoing information and project status.

• Collaborate with the Client Services team to assist in the development of new business initiatives, identifying opportunities for organic growth within your assigned account.

• Organize pitch presentations and requests for proposals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects within the client account.

• Execute projects to promote and guarantee the success and profitability of your client's deliverables.

• Aid client services by managing projects, working with the Project Management team to establish timelines, communicate milestones, and pinpoint potential red flags in projects.

• Oversee daily project activities by managing project scope, scope changes, and possible roadblocks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Organize and engage in content planning meetings with key content experts.

• Maintain daily client communication, prepare client contact reports, and outline next steps.

• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items comply with medical, regulatory, and legal standards. Contribute to the formulation of client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while monitoring budgets, including direct/labor costs, checking for out-of-scope items and hours.

• Assist in the preparation of financial and forecasting reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Required pharmaceutical agency experience with a minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management.

• Experience with direct client interaction.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel (up to 5% expected).

• Demonstrated teamwork skills and adaptability.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.

• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail skills.
