This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will strategically engage with our market in Central Germany.
• You will take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery to final closing.
• You will serve as the primary contact for our partners (broker and MSP), ensuring robust engagement, enablement, and progression of deals.
• You will develop and sustain pipeline creation processes, actively influencing our go-to-market strategy for Germany.
• You will utilize solution selling techniques: identifying customer pain points, demonstrating the value of risk minimization, and articulating the reasons why Eye’s solutions are a worthwhile investment.
• You will identify opportunities for market expansion within your designated region and partner ecosystem.
• You will act as a key liaison across the organization, promoting collaboration among customers, partners, and internal teams to achieve cohesive, impactful outcomes.
• You will work closely with Product and Marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events.
• You have a proven track record of closing SaaS or software deals, demonstrating strong customer-focused discovery and solution-selling abilities.
• You possess experience in selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services, where the value proposition transcends cost efficiency and emphasizes risk reduction, continuity, and business impact.
• You exhibit strong relationship and/or partner management capabilities.
• You have an affinity for structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar).
• You are entrepreneurial, motivated, and proactive, with a solid sense of ownership.
• You are fluent in both English and German (spoken and written) and are open to traveling up to 20% of the time.
