This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take the initiative to devise and execute your own sales strategies aimed at attracting new customers and increasing 1NCE's market share in your assigned country.
• Develop precise forecasting plans and create effective execution strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Collaborate actively with our international team to meet regional objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching global vision.
• Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, committed to establishing the 1NCE brand as the leading provider of IoT connectivity solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the broader Sales, Partner, and Alliances Teams to build and enhance relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, founded on trust and aimed at achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consultative or direct sales within the IoT sector, complemented by a strong network of industry contacts.
• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in acquiring enterprise-level customers.
• A strong interest in the telecommunications industry, supported by successful experiences in this field.
• In-depth understanding of IoT Solutions, including extensive knowledge of various IoT verticals and relevant client profiles.
• A passion for collaborating with an experienced and motivated leadership team, focused on rapidly growing the company.
• Ability to build relationships with industry partners and effectively communicate 1NCE's product offerings.
• Proficiency in both English and French is essential for this position; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, combined with an open-minded and dedicated attitude towards teamwork.
• Capable of working independently with a strong emphasis on achieving objectives, and willing to travel frequently as needed.
