This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Go-to-market, sales, acquisition: Market Dominance: You will develop and expand your own customer base, specifically targeting the acquisition and closing of leading Charge Point Operators in established European EV markets.
• Strategy & Forecasting: You will spearhead the definition and execution of the EVCI go-to-market strategy; maintaining and reporting on pipeline development to Growth Management.
• Sales Excellence: You will utilize structured methodologies and refined skills to acquire new customers by effectively translating product features into customer value and acquisition.
• Industry Presence: You will serve as a thought leader for gridX at prominent industry events, trade shows, conferences, and online platforms.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders: Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance gridX’s market presence and support campaign planning and execution.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Engage with customers to comprehend their strategic, operational, and grid-integration challenges, aligning with Product Management to map business outcomes through the advancement of our XENON platform.
• Solution Engineering: Work alongside gridX’s technical experts to analyze the scaling potential of prospective CPO partners and define the appropriate solution offerings to address their strategic, operational, and technical requirements.
• Large Tender Leadership: Oversee gridX’s involvement in major tenders and coordinate efforts across Product, Solution Engineering, Development, Legal, and Finance to formulate winning proposals.
• Proven Sales Track Record: You possess over 4 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B complex software sales, demonstrating a clear hunter mentality and a successful history of acquiring new customers.
• CPO Expertise: Ideally, you have a well-established network within the EVCI industry, particularly with Charge Point Operators.
• Technical Savviness: You have a keen interest in Energy IoT and platform solutions and can articulate complex technologies into clear value propositions for customers.
• Communication: You are fluent in English (German is a plus) and are comfortable engaging with senior executives and strategic stakeholders.
• Mindset: You excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are enthusiastic about making a significant impact on the energy transition. You merge structured planning with robust execution, ensuring reliability for both internal and external stakeholders.
