This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership of the entire new-business sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, focusing on mid-market finance leaders and C-suite executives.
β’ Develop and implement territory and account strategies to ensure steady pipeline growth and surpass revenue objectives.
β’ Provide engaging discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution-oriented discussions that align with customer challenges in finance transformation.
β’ Collaborate across departments including Pre-Sales, Marketing, BDRs, and Customer Success to enhance engagement quality and accelerate deal progression.
β’ Maintain accurate forecasting, deal governance, and pipeline management within Salesforce.
β’ Promote the Access values by nurturing a collaborative and winning culture.
β’ Demonstrated success in SaaS new business sales, preferably in the financial software sector.
β’ Strong ability to sell to Finance decision-makers β including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and Transformation leaders.
β’ Proficient in value-based selling, discovery techniques, and engaging multiple stakeholders.
β’ Capable of managing complex sales cycles and solution-oriented deals.
β’ High motivation for results β ambitious, adaptable, resilient, and driven by success.
β’ Ability to strike a balance between working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
