This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Engage directly with major strategic enterprise accounts in the life sciences sector.
• Lead substantial, intricate SaaS transactions and manage the complete value-driven sales process from opportunity identification to closure.
• Foster relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders within pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.
• Identify customer requirements and formulate strategic account plans alongside execution strategies.
• Keep precise records of all sales activities within HubSpot CRM.
• Articulate the value proposition of Vimachem’s platform and assist clients in reimagining outdated manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and leadership teams to design and secure enterprise opportunities.
• At least 8 years of experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within manufacturing sectors (experience in Life Sciences is highly desirable).
• Demonstrated success in closing enterprise SaaS deals and navigating intricate procurement processes.
• Strong consultative sales methodology and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with selling MES, EBR, ELN, EDMS, QMS, or LIMS systems is strongly preferred.
• Training in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale is beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners is an advantage.
• Openness to travel as necessary to support enterprise sales engagements.
