Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Industrial Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete closing process, starting from the initial meeting to the successful signing of contracts.

• Assess intricate requirements within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, provide customized software solutions, and showcase the product portfolio as a strategic asset.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key accounts in manufacturing enterprises.

• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies on behalf of clients, concentrating on efficiency and impact within the industrial enterprise sector.

• Guarantee precise forecasting and opportunity management utilizing the CRM system.

• Keep track of trends in Industrial Software and Manufacturing.

• Generate regular reports regarding sales performance, conversion rates, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in enterprise software, industrial software, or SaaS within the manufacturing industry.

• Proven track record in closing complex deals and achieving or surpassing ambitious sales objectives.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial business models and the capability to articulate technical software solutions as clear business advantages.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills at the C-level – both written and verbal, including presentations.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting, and opportunity management.

• A strategic mindset paired with a proactive approach to guide clients throughout the entire sales process.

• High self-motivation, organized work habits, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
