This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Creation of pipelines. Cultivate a self-generated pipeline while converting opportunities arising from inbound, marketing, partnerships, and executive initiatives. This position necessitates proactive account development rather than dependence on inbound demand.
• Executive insights. Assess the customer’s current device lifecycle, geographical presence, workforce model, volume requirements, service needs, risks, integrations, cost framework, and decision-making process.
• Multi-faceted selling. Establish relationships with CIOs and IT leaders, IT Operations, Procurement, People Operations, Finance, Security, and Legal departments.
• Solution development. Convert customer requirements into a comprehensive GroWrk solution encompassing platform capabilities, procurement, deployment, retrieval, storage, repair, redeployment, and retirement services.
• Presentations and case studies. Conduct relevant product demonstrations and executive presentations that link GroWrk’s capabilities to quantifiable operational, financial, and employee experience outcomes.
• Commercial leadership. Create proposals, spearhead pricing and contract negotiations, navigate RFPs and procurement processes, and maintain momentum through legal, security, and implementation reviews.
• Deal integrity. Confirm requirements early, identify operational risks, and avoid committing to sales that cannot be fulfilled. Securing the right deal and ensuring its successful setup are integral to the role.
• Forecasting and CRM accuracy. Keep precise records of stages, close dates, next steps, deal risks, and forecast calls in HubSpot. Leadership should always be informed about the status of your pipeline.
• Transition and expansion groundwork. Facilitate a structured handoff to Customer Success and Operations, remain engaged during the launch process, and pinpoint avenues for broader regional or global adoption.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B closing experience, including significant ownership of Upper Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing quotas in a complex, consultative sales landscape.
• Experience managing multi-threaded sales processes involving executive sponsors, procurement, legal, security, finance, and operational stakeholders.
• Exceptional discovery skills and the capability to comprehend complex customer workflows prior to proposing solutions.
• Background in selling software alongside operational services, or the acumen to function effectively in a business where successful delivery is as critical as the contract.
• Confidence in engaging with IT leaders and related functions such as Procurement, People Operations, Finance, or Security.
• Ability to independently generate your own pipeline, identify target accounts, and advance opportunities without waiting for optimal conditions.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in proposals, pricing, and commitments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including the capability to deliver executive presentations and clear follow-up communications.
• High levels of ownership, urgency, resilience, and adaptability to operate within a remote, fast-paced environment with changing processes.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM and a history of dependable forecasting.
• 20 days of PTO plus local national holidays
• Company-provided equipment
• Fixed budget for expenses (healthcare, personal care, or learning)
• Monthly payments in USD
• Uncapped quarterly commission structure
