This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial discovery to closing, utilizing a consultative, SPICED-driven strategy.
• Identify, qualify, and develop leads leveraging CorePlan’s targeted lists and industry knowledge.
• Perform structured discovery sessions to reveal operational challenges and align customized drilling management solutions.
• Provide engaging demonstrations to stakeholders at technical, operational, and executive levels.
• Sustain a strong sales momentum while managing longer, multi-stakeholder processes commonly found in mining and industrial sectors.
• Guide and assist team members by exchanging best practices and enhancing sales performance.
• Evaluate pipeline and deal data to boost win rates and refine forecasting precision.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth buyer journey and exceptional customer experience.
• Represent CorePlan at conferences, trade shows, and customer engagement events throughout the EMEA Region.
• More than 5 years of B2B sales experience in the SaaS and/or Mining/Industrial industries.
• Demonstrated success in mid-market or multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proven history of surpassing annual sales targets.
• Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and closing, complemented by a consultative approach.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience in mentoring or informally leading colleagues.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of mining, drilling, or field-service workflows is highly beneficial.
