Senior Account Executive, Digital Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage a targeted account list from the ground up, identifying companies with existing audiences that align with a clinical revenue line, regardless of their current search status.

• Execute a structured outbound strategy to generate pipeline in a marketplace where buyers may not be openly expressing interest.

• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals that involve product, commercial, legal, and executive decision-makers, ensuring all communication is active and deals progress smoothly.

• Establish OpenLoop as a revenue partner rather than merely a vendor, assisting buyers in formulating the internal business justification for adopting or transitioning to a clinical platform.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Legal, and Product teams to swiftly and accurately address intricate buyer inquiries; while you may not have all the answers, you should know how to quickly find them.

• Maintain a robust pipeline with precise stage progression and truthful forecasting within HubSpot.

• Formulate and take ownership of an outbound strategy tailored to your vertical or territory within your initial 90 days.

• Perform additional responsibilities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex or multi-stakeholder situations.

• You have independently built your own pipeline through outbound efforts, rather than waiting for leads to arrive.

• Experience selling to organizations with established digital platforms, consumer bases, or product-led businesses, along with an understanding of their approach to incorporating new revenue streams.

• Comfort in managing deals with three or more stakeholders who possess varying definitions of success, adeptly multi-threading without losing track.

• A quick learner who does not necessarily come from a healthcare background but can quickly gain credibility and know whom to contact for deeper insights.

• You assist the buyer in constructing the internal case, not just delivering the external pitch; recognizing that some of your most successful deals require helping the prospect advocate internally.

• You uphold pricing integrity and close sales based on value rather than discounts.

• You excel in uncertain environments, creating your own structure when no playbook is available.

• Proficient in using HubSpot or a comparable CRM, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
