This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively seek out new clients within the healthcare industry through methods such as cold calling, scheduling appointments, showcasing products, and finalizing sales.
• Serve as a representative of Tandem Health at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings, embodying our mission and solutions.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other essential decision-makers in the healthcare field.
• Strategically design and execute sales strategies to effectively penetrate the German healthcare market.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to integrate market insights and consistently improve the customer experience.
• Employ digital tools and CRM systems to monitor leads and ensure efficient and organized sales management.
• Partner closely with leadership to refine the sales strategy and identify priority target segments.
• Proven sales experience, preferably within SaaS, technology, or the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of delivering engaging presentations to varied audiences.
• High degree of initiative, a systematic work approach, and a passion for tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills.
• Self-sufficient and capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong enthusiasm for enhancing healthcare delivery through innovative and impactful solutions.
• Bonus points:
• - Experience engaging with or selling to EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
• - Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software.
• - Completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a similar qualification.
• - Experience in startup or high-growth settings, particularly in launching new markets.
• Ongoing (rolling) selection process.
• Flexibility to work remotely with occasional visits to the Munich office (1–2 days each month).
