This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively seek out new clients within the healthcare industry through methods such as cold calling, scheduling appointments, delivering product demonstrations, and finalizing sales.
• Serve as a representative of Tandem Health at trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings, acting as an ambassador for our mission and offerings.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and other key decision-makers in the healthcare field.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at effectively entering the German healthcare market.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to gather market insights and continually improve the customer experience.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and ensure a transparent and organized approach to sales management.
• Work hand-in-hand with leadership to refine the sales strategy and identify priority target segments.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the SaaS, technology, or healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for delivering engaging presentations to varied audiences.
• A proactive mindset, a methodical work approach, and a strong enthusiasm for tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Native proficiency in German and fluency in English, coupled with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery through innovative and impactful solutions.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with or selling to EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
• Background in medtech, digital health, or software subject to regulatory standards.
• A completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Experience in startup or rapidly growing environments, particularly in launching new markets.
