
Senior Account Executive – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take a central role in driving our company's revenue growth throughout the DACH region.
• Promote various Freshworks product lines primarily aimed at mid-market clients.
• Advocate for our cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service products to enhance organizational productivity, efficiency, and customer focus.
• Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve set objectives in the region.
• Create, nurture, and oversee your sales pipeline.
• Maintain ongoing communication with other departments to enhance both internal and external processes.
• Utilize and manage available resources effectively to accomplish your individual sales targets.
• Provide frequent updates on pipeline status and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Regularly travel to client locations and participate in customer-centric events.
• Commit to continuous learning to become knowledgeable about SaaS products, CRM systems, and our full product suite.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in an inside/field sales role within a high-velocity software sales context.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CSM, CRM, or ITSM is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a broad geographic area while selling a technical product.
• Highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude and a positive outlook toward sales and CRM products.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and consult to best support our customers.
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to going the extra mile; self-directed and resourceful.
• Proficient in both English and German (C2 level); additional language skills are advantageous.
