This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of target customers, industry knowledge, products, and competitors.
• Seek out and recognize new opportunities to establish and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Proven capability to identify and engage multiple stakeholders within an organization.
• Employ a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Teams to implement campaigns targeting key buyers.
• Surpass designated sales goals and quarterly booking targets.
• Effectively manage and forecast your sales activities using SF.com.
• Over 8 years of sales experience in SaaS or hosted software directed at commercial accounts.
• Experience in selling to larger commercial enterprises.
• Experience in selling: Major incident management, Cyber Security Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, or Customer Support Operations.
• Background or training in a consultative/Solution Sales framework.
• Strong skills in blueprinting, consulting, and solution mapping.
• Demonstrated, quantifiable success as a "hunter."
• Must possess a validated history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience with MEDDIC, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling is a plus.
