This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee a territory that comprises target accounts and an established portfolio of clients, specifically those with 500 - 2,500 employees.
• The main objective is to seek out new business prospects, cultivate a robust sales pipeline, and foster growth within the Commercial sector.
• Tasked with upselling to the current account base by utilizing our comprehensive product suite.
• Participate in customer-facing engagements, which may include in-person meetings, events, and necessary travel to effectively support your territory.
• Create and execute efficient sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing sales goals.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Generate and secure new business opportunities within your designated territory.
• Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 1Password’s offerings within existing accounts.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote 1Password, enhance brand visibility, and forge connections with potential clients.
• A minimum of 6 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity with an emphasis on Commercial accounts.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs, including achievements such as President’s Club and top-tier rankings.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering sales forecasts to upper management.
• Proven success in upselling and cross-selling to both new clients and within a portfolio, as well as identifying customer challenges beyond initial discussions.
• Advanced proficiency in prospecting, building a pipeline, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with a strong focus on meticulous pipeline management, forecasting, and target pacing.
• Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, solution selling expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to present to C-Suite executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities across email and platforms like Slack and Zoom, with a proven skill in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to comprehend and explain intricate cybersecurity concepts, especially in Identity and Access Management, while effectively conveying their value.
• Resilient, self-driven, and dedicated to consistently achieving objectives while excelling in a remote work environment.
• Inquisitive and open to coaching, with a proven track record of applying feedback, adapting, and pursuing continuous improvement.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
