This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Take ownership of and surpass an annual New ACV target by concentrating solely on generating revenue through your designated portfolio of reseller partners.
• Identify, onboard, and empower new reseller partners, ensuring they are comprehensively equipped and certified to sell, implement, and support Mambu’s solutions.
• Work closely with resellers to navigate complex sales cycles, serving as a trusted advisor to key partner stakeholders and assisting them in showcasing the complete Mambu platform to their end-customers.
• Formulate and execute collaborative Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business plans with each partner, proactively recognizing growth opportunities and addressing potential risks.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with all key partner contacts to guarantee a vibrant, active, and high-performing channel.
• Act as a direct liaison between the partner and Mambu's internal teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success), ensuring partners have the necessary resources and support for their success.
• Demonstrated experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales, ideally within the FinTech or B2B SaaS sectors.
• A history of consistently surpassing sales targets and successfully establishing a high-performing sales pipeline through a partner ecosystem.
• Proven experience in a partner-facing capacity, with the capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and effectively manage intricate partner relationships.
• Background in selling SaaS or banking products and a solid grasp of how to adopt a consultative approach to comprehend both partner and end-customer requirements.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proactive and determined approach to developing and empowering partners to drive sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of SaaS solutions—ideally cloud technology and delivery models—and their application within the financial services sector.
