This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Take ownership of and surpass an annual New ACV target by concentrating solely on generating revenue through your designated portfolio of reseller partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and empower new reseller partners, ensuring they are fully prepared and certified to sell, implement, and support Mambu’s solutions.
• Collaborate closely with resellers to navigate complex sales cycles, serving as a trusted advisor to key partner stakeholders and assisting them in showcasing the complete Mambu platform to their end-customers.
• Develop and implement joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business plans with each partner, proactively identifying growth opportunities and minimizing risks.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with all key partner contacts to ensure a vibrant, active, and high-performing channel.
• Act as a direct liaison between the partner and Mambu's internal teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success), guaranteeing that partners have the necessary resources and support for success.
• Demonstrated experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales, ideally within the FinTech or B2B SaaS sectors.
• A proven history of consistently surpassing sales targets and effectively building a high-performing sales pipeline through a partner ecosystem.
• Experienced in a partner-facing role, with the capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and adeptly manage complex partner relationships.
• Familiarity with selling SaaS or banking products and a strong grasp of how to adopt a consultative approach to understand the needs of both partners and end-customers.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proactive and determined approach to developing and enabling partners to drive sales.
• Solid technical knowledge of SaaS solutions—preferably involving cloud technology and delivery models—and their application within the financial services sector.
