This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients in the mid-market and enterprise sectors.
• You will independently oversee the entire sales cycle.
• You will identify and cultivate strategically significant target accounts.
• You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
• You will actively enhance sales strategies, KPIs, and go-to-market frameworks.
• You will assist in the development of a growing sales team.
• You will utilize modern sales tools and adopt data-driven methods.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success in constructing and finalizing intricate B2B transactions.
• Experience in selling digital products or SaaS offerings.
• A network within the relevant B2B industry or access to target accounts.
• A strong grasp of pipeline development, management, and forecasting.
• Experience in establishing new markets, regions, or sales frameworks.
• Proficiency with popular sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, and Clay.
• Fluent in both German and English.
