This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Create a sales strategy to identify, nurture, and close deals while ensuring effective coverage and penetration of your designated accounts.
• Showcase the ability to take ownership of and drive high-value deals and six-figure opportunities while maintaining the swift pace required in the Mid-Market sector.
• Independently build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, referrals, partner relationships, and strategic account planning, rather than primarily relying on inbound marketing leads.
• Strategically manage relationships with various senior stakeholders.
• Effectively engage internal resources at the appropriate stages of the sales cycle to advance opportunities, including pre-sales engineers, professional services, and leadership as necessary.
• Collaborate with a Sales Development team on lead generation, coverage plans, and advancing your designated accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with system integrators and resale partners.
• Participate in marketing events to connect with prospects and showcase LumApps’ value.
• Over 3 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS solution sales with an emphasis on acquiring new business.
• Proficient in understanding and applying sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
• Strong capability to communicate effectively and present software product demonstrations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding a $1 million sales quota while developing and executing client-centered strategies.
• Ability to create and cultivate a new business pipeline.
• Preferred experience in selling packaged intranet solutions, portals, or employee experience applications like Unily, Simpplr, Workplace by Meta, Firstup, Staffbase, and/or Google or Microsoft.
• History of selling to multiple functional buyers, including HR, IT, Internal Communications, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Strong discipline in MEDDPICC or a similar enterprise sales methodology.
• Experience using SFDC and other tools to accurately track and forecast all activities and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel 15% annually.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
