This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Consistently achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets and quotas, maintaining a performance-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Take ownership of the sales cycle, including discovery and qualification, introductory calls, technical demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Proficient in delivering high-quality technical and customized product demonstrations of all client offerings that link our CMS, performance, and SEO capabilities to tangible business results.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and designated segments. Actively engage in prospecting within your own B2B network, which includes media, digital, SaaS, content, enterprise marketing, publishers, brands, agencies, and more.
• Collaborate with the Account Development Representative (ADR) and Marketing teams to transform inbound and qualified leads into pipeline and revenue opportunities.
• Work together with the Implementation, Customer Success, Internal Agency, and Technology teams to ensure precise deal scoping and a swift, seamless implementation that meets customer expectations.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including CMOs, digital leaders, CTOs, engineers, SEO experts, product managers, procurement teams, revenue leaders, and editorial heads.
• 5–8+ years of experience as a target-driven Sales Executive/Account Executive in B2B SaaS, preferably within the content management system (CMS) sector or closely related platforms.
• Proven experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions in US and/or international markets, demonstrating the ability to navigate global sales cycles, buyer expectations, time zones, and procurement processes.
• Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken), with the capacity to lead intricate sales discussions, technical demonstrations, negotiations, and executive-level conversations with global stakeholders.
• Established track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue quotas in full-cycle sales roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing deals from start to finish, encompassing outbound prospecting and discovery through to demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling effective sales conversations, demonstrations, and negotiations with global stakeholders.
• Experience in selling complex or technical SaaS solutions (CMS, MarTech, AdTech, digital platforms, infrastructure, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong sense of ownership, with the capability to operate independently and drive results as an individual contributor.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger, Sandler, BANT, or similar).
• Confidently handle objections across various areas, including technical, commercial, procurement, security, and pricing.
• Proven ability to independently build and maintain a pipeline, without relying solely on inbound or ADR-generated outbound leads.
• Strong discipline in forecasting, CRM management, and pipeline coverage.
• Advanced skills in sales and pricing negotiations.
• Proactive, resilient, and focused on execution.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, and credible with senior stakeholders.
• Naturally collaborative.
• Work remotely Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
