This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities in tandem with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
• Leverage insights obtained during the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform.
• Expertly handle customer objections by eliminating barriers and devising solutions to various client challenges.
• Naturally lead the sales process, steering it towards closure by effectively highlighting Workiva's value proposition.
• Consistently and promptly update customer relationship management tools to document customer interactions.
• Provide reliable and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales effectively.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy with intentional actions aimed at securing the sale.
• Mobilize internal support to pursue an account and maximize internal resources.
• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Share insights, successes, lessons learned, and best practices with colleagues across teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in a related field—enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales across large customer accounts.
• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of knowledge and relevant career experience.
• Proficiency in English, German, and French.
