This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities in partnership with fellow Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to create a robust sales pipeline.
• Leverage insights obtained during the needs assessment phase to present a persuasive demonstration of the Workiva platform.
• Effectively manage customer objections by eliminating barriers and devising solutions to various client challenges.
• Naturally steer the sales process towards a close by effectively highlighting Workiva's value proposition.
• Regularly and promptly update customer relationship management systems to log customer interactions.
• Provide reliable and precise forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales accurately.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy with intentional actions to secure sales.
• Mobilize internal support to pursue accounts and optimize internal resources.
• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Workiva products through continuous training and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Share insights, successes, lessons learned, and best practices with colleagues across teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in a relevant position, particularly in enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales for large customer accounts.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of knowledge and relevant career experience.
• Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
• Proven ability to demonstrate complex software applications.
• Demonstrated success in navigating and achieving sales success within large enterprise organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp complex business challenges.
• Executive presence with the capability to communicate effectively at the highest levels.
• Skill in identifying and understanding the influence of stakeholders versus buyers and navigating the nuances during the sales cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles concurrently.
• Proficiency in negotiating pricing while focusing on value retention.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for regular customer meetings and events.
• Reliable internet access is required for any remote work period outside of a Workiva office.
